About Mark
I bring decades of hands-on experience — from custom woodworking and finish carpentry to full home remodels. That foundation started with seven years running a renovation and custom cabinetry business in New England, where I learned that the difference between a good job and a great one usually comes down to the details nobody else notices.
After moving to Seattle more than thirty years ago, I kept my hands in it. Two houses renovated top to bottom, more projects than I can count, and most recently a custom Catio that honestly my cats enjoy more than the rest of the house combined.
I started Crest & Level because the gap between “I could probably do this myself” and “I need to hire a full contractor” is where most of the work actually lives. Most people just need someone they trust to show up and do it right. That's what I'm here for.
